What happens when I place an order?

After you submit your order, you will receive order number via email. Within the same day (for order before 3 PM), we will email you whether or not the item you ordered are in stock, along with payment direction and our bank account number.

After we receive your payment, we will process your order, and ship products in accordance with our normal daytime business hours schedule. If there is an issue with your order, we will contact you.

Why should I create a logon account?

To purchase from our online store, you must create an account. The account creation form gathers name, contact and shipping address information, and you create credentials (logon email address and password) to secure this information.

What information do I need to provide?

The account creation form gathers only the information needed to support your personalized shopping experience. Oktagon online store does not share this information with other organizations or entities.

What happens when I logon?

You can log in by entering your log on name (which typically is your email address) and your password. When you log on, the shopping cart is initialized with your log on information. You are able to edit your account details, see your whist list & shopping cart, and make a transaction.

How do I purchase products?

Go to specific product page, and click the “Buy Now” button. When you do this, your “Shopping Cart” will appear, showing you the items just added. To continue shopping for other products and services, use the page navigation controls.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can as long as payment has not been made. We will return it as a customer’s deposit.

What payment methods does Oktagon online store accept?

We only accept money transfer.

Where do I transfer the payment?

Our bank account are listed on ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

Are there any installment and payment program?

Please check our available payment program in payment menu on our home page, and then click payment program you would prefer.

Can I combine online transaction with payment program?

Since in Indonesia’s IT infrastructure is not ready to support online payment, we only accept bank transfer. If you would like to use our payment program, we urge you to come to our retail store.

How much are the shipping cost to ship my items to my postal address? And how long is the delivery time until I receive the item?

We do not charge shipping cost to any city in Indonesia. Your items will be shipped using TRIKOR shipping service. The delivery will takes 1-3 days after the payment has been cleared.

We also provide ‘one day shipping’ service, the price list to every city can be checked at www.tikijne.com .

How is the safety of my item during shipping?

Items will be appropriately packed to make sure they arrive in good condition.
